Usability runs hand in hand with S8080's User Centred Design and Information Architecture phases of your projects, ensuring the site's structure, user journeys, wireframes and creative design, and therefore your whole website, is optimised for your users and what you want them to do.
Our UX team will:
- Run the user centred design and information architecture phases of your projects
- Undertake expert reviews and evaluation of websites covering usability, accessibility, user experience and online goals
- Advise on potential upgrades and usability tweaks to improve your site
- Analyse website traffic, identify problems and recommend solutions to drive traffic and achieve your business or organisational goals
We also conduct user testing – from 'quick and dirty' user testing through to detailed usability testing including eye tracking, two way mirrors and partnering with external user testing labs (including pan-disability testers) to ensure impartial testing.
