Incident Response
The Network Control Centre provides a single point of contact for SWTRA, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week to deal with incidents / emergencies on the network notified from the Police. The role of the team is to coordinate the response of our service providers in implementing traffic management and the clearance of debris etc following an incident on the network.

SWTRA Duty Engineers are on call to provide advice to Traffic Wales and ensure that Route Stewards are available to attend where necessary.
All Calls relating to incidents on the Network should be made to the Police.
