Agency Structure
The role of the South Wales Trunk Road Agency management unit is to manage on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government the day to day operation and the delivery of a programme of maintenance an improvement schemes on the trunk road and motorway network.
The structure reflects the enabling / managing role of the Agency which is to procure and coordinate delivery of all designs and works through its supply chain and not deliver the works directly.
The structure has been developed to reflect the key functions of the roles and has been split into three teams: Asset Management / Network Management /Business Management.
